RETURN POLICY
We want you to absolutely adore your Mavoras finds, but we also know that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Whether a piece arrives with a flaw or it simply isn’t the right fit for you, we’re here to walk you through the next steps and make the process as smooth as possible.
If something’s not quite right…
On the rare occasion that an item reaches you with a fault, we take that seriously. Our team takes full ownership of any errors or issues that are clearly our responsibility. This includes things like unexpected marks, a broken zipper, rips or tears, material that feels poor in quality, an obvious color difference from what you saw online, or a major difference between the photographed product and the piece you actually received. In these situations, you can feel confident knowing we’ve got your back.
Changed your mind?
Sometimes a style just doesn’t click, or perhaps you need a different size or color. If the item isn’t faulty and you’ve simply decided it’s not for you—maybe you picked the wrong size or shade, or you just don’t love it as much as you’d hoped—you’re still welcome to send it back. Just keep in mind that in these cases, the shipping costs for returning or exchanging the merchandise will be yours to cover. We also ask that anything you send back is still in its original, unworn condition, so it can find a new home with someone else.
Getting your return to us
To start things off, reach out to our team and let us know what’s going on. If there’s a problem with the item, please include clear photos along with your order number; if it’s a change-of-mind return, just describe the reason and share that order number. You can get in touch by dropping us an email or by using the Contact Us button right here on the website.
When you’re ready to ship the parcel back, please make sure the outside of the package clearly displays your order number and a tracking or reference number. Once the package arrives safely at our international returns facility, we’ll get your exchange or refund processed for you.
